Contact messages
The contact form records the fields you submit, the page it came from and the time it was sent. Messages are stored in Cloudflare D1 and viewed through the protected admin area. To limit spam, the site also stores a shortened hash of the sending connection’s IP address, rather than the raw address in the submission record.
Colin uses your details to respond and follow up your enquiry. Messages are kept while needed for that purpose or for any applicable record-keeping obligation. Contact Colin to request access, a correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained where the law requires it.
Cloudflare and analytics
Cloudflare hosts the site, delivers images, processes requests and provides traffic analytics and security services. This can involve technical request data such as IP addresses, browser details and requested addresses. See Cloudflare’s privacy policy for how it handles that data. This site doesn’t add advertising scripts or a marketing profile to your visit.
When you follow a link
The shop, calendar site, Love Mallacoota and video or 360° services have their own privacy policies. Opening an external player or visiting those sites can send information to that provider. Admin sign-in uses Cloudflare Access and is separate from ordinary browsing.
